Rufus is absolute perfection in a 12 pound package! Rufus is a good-natured, easy going, bright personality, full of life and excitement - for you! Rufus loves people and playing very much. His favorite thing in the world is to sit on your lap and accept treats and pets in quick succession. He rides perfectly in the car on your lap and watches out the window for the next big adventure. He does fairly well on a leash and has no known food allergies at this time. He gets along great with other dogs and has never met a stranger- everyone is a friend. Rufus is a happy ray of sunshine that's just waiting for you! He would never yap a day in his life. His smile perfectly sums up his personality, and we just love him for it.

Peach County Animal Rescue is a rescue located in Fort Valley, GA. Our adoption fees range from $175-350+. On average, our fees are $250. Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog). All of our dogs are fully vetted: up-to-date on annual shots, spayed/neutered and microchipped with a lifetime registration. We look forward to hearing from you!
